Salad of pear, persian feta and soft-boiled quail eggs

    Persian feta and quail's eggs=food of the gods! What a delicious sounding salad.

    And the pear slices adds exactly what's needed to turn the whole thing into a rich/decadent meal.

    I didn't try it, but I dare say it would be great to dip some lavosh into the salad and get amongst it all.
